DIY Wedding Centerpieces – Origami Kusudama Flowers

Check out my latest video here

Here’s a tutorial on how I made the Centrepieces for our Wedding. We made these Origami Kusudama Flowers using books that we had lying around the house. Although a little time consuming (thanks Mum for all your hard work) they were beautiful and a real talking point at the Reception.

Why not organise a day for your bridal party to help you with this, it’s fun trying to match the petals to the books. If you’re using love stories like we did, perhaps be a little selective and omit the pages that have the more steamier scenes in them, or not!

They can be made using any square piece of paper so let your imagination run wild and save some money on expensive Wedding Centrepieces.

Happy Questing!!!!

If you’re interested in some of the stuff we get up to on the weekends, I’ve started a Weekly Vlog. Here’s the link to my first one.
