How To Have A Wedding On Halloween

Halloween 2020 is on a Saturday… You CAN ABSOLUTELY have a wedding on Halloween that tastefully incorporates a little Halloween fun without getting too crazy BUT you will need to do a few things to keep the holiday from haunting your nuptials:
1. Research Halloween Festivities near your venue (ie. festivals, parades, Halloween parties, etc) and have a transportation plan for your guests
2. Consider picking an ENCLOSED area or venue for your ceremony and reception to keep trick or treaters from crashing your wedding
3. Give your guests guidance for attire – TELL THEM NOT TO WEAR COSTUMES!

To take things to another level by incorporating some of the 2020 wedding trends and give them a Halloween twist –
1. Wedding dress trend: The cape

2. Wedding Lighting and video mapping

3. Trick or treat table (Cakes In Bloom)

4. Compostable place card holders or (Nob Hill Jane)

5. Edgy eye makeup (Melissa Vaccaro)

These 5 trends can add a Halloween touch to a wedding vision that is otherwise free of the haunted holiday.
